Regional Market Manager Industrial Filtration Middle East (f/m/d) page is loaded

You are leading and monitoring a sales team consisting of 3 employees
You actively engage in the sales of air filtration products, offering technical advice to authorized dealers and direct customers to achieve strategic and operational planning goals
You take charge of gross profit and sales responsibilities for the assigned countries in the Middle East, involving visits to relevant customers and key accounts abroad, with a focus on communicating application- and customer-specific product arguments
You are responsible for handling commercial and technical complaints
You create independently operational planning for the group of countries, including the presentation of numerical structures
You are responsible for the implementation of corporate policy goals into operational measures, actively participating in strategic planning and contributing to the preparation of internal conferences
Completed studies in Engineering or Business Administration provide the foundation for your expertise
Your indispensable background in sales and technical sales is necessary for this role
Familiarity with filtration technology enhances your profile
You possess robust intercultural skills, you excel in negotiations, and value-driven selling comes naturally to you
Your prior experience in successfully managing a team remotely is considered an asset
You enjoy regular business travelling
You are fluent in English (both written and spoken), proficiency in German would be an added advantage
