About the DWS P.A.C.E. program 
Our 2 year DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. program consists of a technical training period and is followed by four six-month rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.  
Based in one of the world’s global financial centres, you will gain valuable insight into a variety of teams with experienced professionals who develop best-in-class products and manage high-value portfolios. Along the way, you will gain vital experience at the heart of a progressive business whilst being exposed to a range of areas within Audit (Executive division). Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our DWS Graduate Program, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This Graduate program is an ideal way to deepen your Financial Services & Asset Management knowledge.  

The participation in speaker sessions, a variety of networking events and soft skills development opportunities will all form part of the Graduate program.  

About Corporate Strategy (Executive division).
The Corporate Strategy and M&A team is part of the DWS Executive division and supports the management team, business units and regional divisions of DWS in setting and executing the strategic agenda for the business as well as overseeing and executing key transaction activity. The team has key responsibilities associated to Strategy, Business Development, Business Solutions and M&A which include working to develop successful strategies to achieve the goals, create long-term plans and review progress against our objectives, evaluate growth and business development opportunities and oversee all inorganic activity, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic partnerships, and other key corporate activities.

As part of the P.A.C.E. program you will: 
•    Gain a deep insight into how the Corporate Functions support and enable the success of the firm. 
•    Be part of the Global P.A.C.E. community. 
•    Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across different departments.  
•    Challenge the norm and contribute your own ideas and improvement suggestions. 
•    Solve challenges together with your team.  
•    Be empowered with accountability for your actions.  

We’re looking for:

•    Advanced German language skills
