Our subsidiary, ICT GmbH, develops and produces electron microscopic columns, the heart of our machines that inspect defects on semiconductors. For the production of our complex high-end electron microscopes, we are looking for a production planner who can generate optimal planning with skill, ambition and the necessary methodological competence and who has the best possible delivery reliability in mind.

Production planner (m/f/d) for semiconductor inspection systems/electron microscopy

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SPI & NPI Build Plan Cycle

• Responsible for Product Transition process.

  Minimize P&L impact. 

  Responsible for NPI responsiveness

• Manage LTB (Last Time Buy) process to insure operational responsiveness to future demands with minimum P&L impact

• Responsible for SSG & WWOPs knowledge sharing, BKM engagement. 

  Own internal & external audits preparation.

  Responsible for corporate <> BU dBs administration.

• Own multi-products high level planning. 

  Manage high level program in terms of new processes and initiatives. 

• Inventory Management- Analyzes usage data and stock levels to support business demands. 

  Develop Inventory AOP.

  Lead inventory reduction activities.

  Set up new inventory management systems and modify existing systems.

•  Be key member in company-wide, multi level, collaborative decision making processes, reaching to the top levels in the business.

• Participate over cross functions, complex projects that will drive for efficient processes.

Your Profile

• Industrial engineer or comparable training, ideally a previous skilled worker training.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in production planning in mechanical engineering with a high proportion of product development for small and medium-sized series
• Familiar with material management
• Sound knowledge of SAP
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Structured and analytical approach
• Excellent planning skills
• Independent way of working and team-oriented
• Willingness for permanent further development
