Trainee (m/w/d) HR
This is what you achieve...
- Supporting the HR team in day-to-day business with a focus on recruiting and administration
- Accompanying the entire recruiting process from advertisement to hiring
- Reviewing application documents, coordinating appointments and attending interviews if necessary
- Support in operational HR issues, such as drawing up employment contracts, references, certificates and reports
- If necessary, operational support for talent management and collaboration on various HR projects
This is what you bring...
- Availability for 6 months and 40 hours per week
- Advanced degree in business administration, psychology, human resources or a comparable degree programme
- Initial experience in human resources is an advantage
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics and learn new things
- Reliability, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- A high affinity for IT and good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of German and English
