Company:
For an international supplier to the natural and synthetic fiber processing industry, we are looking for a sales-experienced individual with knowledge in thermoplastic compounding or in the polymer business.
Key Tasks:
sales of fibers to compounders, weavers, pultruder
development of the existing customers
improve the company’s market penetration
acquisition of new customers, or new markets
transfer of customer information to the R&D and Product Management
intense cooperation with the team
senior in sales
Education / Experience:
commercial education with high technical understanding
several years in respective sales position, preferably from thermoplastic compounding and/or polymers businesses
experienced in market analysis
MS-Office Package proficient, SAP helpful
Personal Characteristics:
passionate and engaged
communicative, creative, motivating personality
strong in negotiations
ready to travel up to 3-4 days a week
open minded
intercultural experience helpful
Languages:
German and English C-level spoken and written
