As a member of our Engineering department, you'll be involved in all project development phases and ensure quality of our engineering, starting already in the quotation phase till the handover of the project to the manufacturing.
What can you expect?
- You lead the engineering quality activities for battery engineering projects and fulfill quality documentations according to IATF standards
- You manage risk mitigation and foresee any risks that might arise
- You create qualified product documentation with the engineering organization
- You exchange quality information and guide SC/CC topics with all stakeholders involved in the process
- You stay up-to-date with safety critical features and guide cost efficient assurance from engineering work into production
- You organize the transfer of risk assessment SC/CC topics into pre-series production and production process
What should you bring along?
- You have a university degree in engineering or other relevant fields, a vocational background is also valued
- You have experience in engineering quality in the automotive industry, previous experiences with V-Models and A-Spice would be an asset
- You have knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, etc.), and know your way around MS Office and customer portals
- You have excellent English language skills, Finnish or German is not a must-have
- You have a team spirit and are process oriented, and you believe that “change = chance”
