We are market leader in the areas of photography, film and CGI, and create new cross-media content that are used according to the target group in question.
Our headquarter is our 11,000 m² large photography studio in Bremen, where we employ around 200 people.
We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking team lead (m/f/d) for artificial intelligence & creativity to head our AI lab in our photography studio in Bremen.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team of AI specialists and creative professionals
- Develop and implement AI-driven strategies for e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle content production
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to explore new AI tools and techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that enhance our content's visual and interactive appeal
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, ensuring our studio remains a leader in cutting-edge content creation
What we expect
- Proven experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field
- Strong background in creative content production and design – preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle industries
- Mastering Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E 2, Runway and ChatGPT
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Adapt at problem-solving and implementing new technologies
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English
- Team player with exceptional organisational skills, assertiveness, flexibility, the ability to work under pressure and a passion for fashion
