Coordinator for digital transformation f/m/d full-time

The SRH Klinikum Sigmaringen is a basic and standard care hospital with the specialist departments of general and visceral surgery, anesthesia/intensive care medicine/pain therapy, vascular and endovascular surgery, geriatrics, gynecology and obstetrics, ENT, medical clinic, neurology, psychiatry/psychotherapy/psychosomatics, radiology, sports medicine, accident surgery/orthopaedics/sports traumatology, urology/pediatric urology/uro-oncology, ZNA and specialist centers for special diseases. The hospital is one of the oncology centers in Baden-Württemberg and an academic teaching hospital of the University of Tübingen.

Task:

• Coordination and implementation of projects for the digitalization of clinical processes
• Link between IT and medical technology in the introduction of medical software
• Review and documentation of the eligibility criteria as part of the Hospital Future Act
• Conducting user training courses
• Support in project management

Profile:

• Completed training in the field of information technology with relevant professional experience
• Expert knowledge of current hardware and software structures, ideally in the field of medical technology
• Experience in medical workflows, processes and procedures as well as a particular interest in digitizing analogue clinical workflows
• Structured, organized and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey IT contexts well and precisely
• Confident demeanor and independent working style in project management
• Team spirit and enjoy working cooperatively on projects
