Your mission
As Senior Campaign Manager (m/f/x), you will be a driving force behind our growth. Your role will involve strategically planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns holistically to successfully expand sevDesk's brand awareness and increase demand generation.
Here's how you'll make an impact:

• You are going to develop, maintain, and execute our annual campaign plan with precision.
• You will align the most effective channels for each campaign with key stakeholders.
• You establish appropriate goals for our marketing activities, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and set ambitious targets. 
• You take charge of the campaign execution process, collaborating closely with our internal design team or external partners to ensure operational excellence in design, user-centric approaches, and focused messaging.
• You collaborate with other members of the marketing team to craft integrated campaigns spanning brand marketing, content, social media, CRM, PR, and performance marketing.
• To ensure optimal alignment of marketing campaigns with our product and target groups, you engage in cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as the product team or BizDev.

Your Qualifications / To excel in this role, you should possess :

• You have solid professional experience (6+ years) in brand or campaign management and are able to demonstrate a track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• You showcase proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced SMB SaaS environment and thus are familiar with agile organizations and excellent at leading cross-functional projects and partners.
• You demonstrate knowledge and hands-on experience in creative execution, collaborating with creative agencies and/or freelancers.
• You possess profound knowledge of marketing metrics and a data-driven mindset. Beyond that, your sense for visual and verbal communication is excellent.
• You have excellent communication skills in both German (native level) and English (C1 required) and the ability to present marketing strategies effectively.
