Cyber Security Engineer (m/f/d) full-time
Your main tasks
- Active support of the team in the planning of security measures and their execution
- Collaboration in the conception and further development of the IT security design
- Supporting the maintenance and further development of the vulnerability management process
- Implementation of projects in the area of IT security
- Monitoring (including IPS/IDS, endpoint protection, secure email gateway)
- Tracking of security incidents and analysis of vulnerabilities
- Creation of security reports and security analyses
- Identification and evaluation of attack vectors and creation of threat models
Your profile
- Completed training, e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d) or studies in computer science, business informatics or similar
- Up-to-date specialist knowledge of cyber risks, attack vectors and security solutions
- Strong understanding of technical contexts and IT architectures
- Knowledge of information security standards such as ISO 27001 and CIS Critical Security Controls as well as MITRE catalogs such as ATT@CK desirable
- Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and common network protocols/concepts
- You have experience with forensic analysis
- Ability to work independently and self-organized as well as a passion for new technologies and topics
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English desirable
