Tasks

• Manage and prioritize the executives daily schedule and appointments.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips.
• Prepare and organize documents presentations and reports for meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls.
• Assist with research and gather information on various topics as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
