Your Tasks
- Support our global Channel Sales team and the Director global Channels in administrative and operationa l task, organization, planning & implementation of strategies.
- Create presentations , reports and statistics, and organize trainings and meetings.
- Maintain customer, channel partner and sales data in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Support at lead, quote and opportunity management in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Act as an interface between Channel Partners, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management and all related departments.
- Support the global Channel Team preparing, processing and following up opportunities and orders
- Planning, coordinating and following up on workshops as well as trade shows
Your Profile
- Convincing appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills .
- Solution / process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on and implement innovations.
- Business fluent in written and spoken English .
- 3+ years general sales experience, inside sales preferred
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
