We're searching for a visionary Product Category Director for amplifiers and loudspeakers, who is passionate about disrupting the audio industry. With over a decade of experience, you likely already know our product lines. You'll lead market development, transform strategies and challenge norms, while curating product portfolios and spearheading long-term innovation.
Your role involves developing a forward-looking strategy for the sound systems category, shaping the future of our product roadmap, and creating business cases that drive innovation. You'll also oversee your product portfolio, ensuring groundbreaking introductions and continuous quality improvement, maintenance, and discontinuation management. Cross-functional collaboration is key, working closely with local and remote teams to deliver transformative experiences.
Requirements include industry-specific expertise, a history of successfully implementing strategies, and strong analytical and communication skills. You'll join a collaborative team near Duesseldorf with hybrid work options and a supportive work environment.
