Job description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Providing high level administrative support to Retail Stores in Poland regarding PO creation, invoices payment, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Placing all orders in ARIBA and Track in Cost Control tool.
- Preparing the deck for the weekly East Trading Call
- Proactive communication and budget setting for all suppliers and vendors.
- Close collaboration with finance department to ensure invoicing procedures.
- Pre-set annual report in ARIBA.
- Supporting Retail & Franchise director with booking travels, flight tickets, hotel, doing the expense reports after
- Supporting R&F Director with organisation of regional meetings if necessary
- Supporting with presentations and slide creation
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Structural thinking and eye for the details
- Pro-activity
- Planning ability, problem solving skills
- Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English
- Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced ARIBA and Workflow knowledge
