Job Description
The Mobility Aftermarket (MA) division offers dealers and workshops worldwide modern diagnostic and workshop technology as well as a comprehensive range of automotive and commercial vehicle spare parts. Around 16,000 employees and a global logistics network ensure that spare parts reach customers quickly and on time. MA also offers testing and workshop technology, software for diagnostics, service training and technical information and services. The division is also responsible for the Bosch Service workshop concepts, one of the largest independent workshop chains in the world.
The Karlsruhe location has been the headquarter of the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division for over 40 years.
- As an expert for digitalization in the Mobility Aftermarket business unit, you will make an active contribution to the digital design of business processes in quality management.
- You will design and implement creative IT solutions and be responsible for the ongoing development of digitalization in quality management and play a key role in shaping the MA quality reporting system.
- You will always stay up-to-date with regard to new developments and undergo further training in order to be able to utilize the benefits of digital development for quality management.
- A regular exchange with digitalization specialists from all over the world is just as much a part of this as the M-Level/GB-wide exchange with other digitalization specialists.
- You will also develop solutions for the data strategy in quality management in order to ensure a high level of cross-system data quality. To this end, you will work closely with the Q4.0 team on requirements relating to REDLake and SQL databases.
- Last but not least, you will drive process standardization and enable more automation by improving master data quality.
Qualifications
- Education : completed university studies (Master's/Diploma/PhD) in the fields of business informatics, computer science, economics or a comparable course of study
- Experience and know-how: Experience in the use of automation tools, among other things; knowledge of SAP, the relevant systems in quality management (IQIS, BWS, S4 HANA, ...) in database administration (SQL, KNIME, ...) desirable; design of digital business processes; extensive SAP knowledge; sound IT knowledge in handling and merging/structuring BigData; in-depth Excel knowledge; experience with Power BI
- Personality and way of working: You are a team player through and through and are characterized by your communicative nature; your pronounced self-drive ensures dynamism and flexibility in entrepreneurial thinking and acting; you work independently, flexibly, in a structured manner, act assertively and persistently and take your curiosity for digital developments with you
- Enthusiasm : high affinity for digitization topics for the design of business processes in quality management
- Languages : business fluent in written and spoken German and English
