Your tasks in our team:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Using CRM system to manage and track customer interactions, sales activities and follow-ups.
Customer experience from acquisition to contract signing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of products and services.
Assist in new customer acquisition as needed to flexibly respond to market demands.


Your profile:
Previous experience in a relevant sales position, ideally in the SaaS environment.
Experience in customer relationship management and maintaining long-term customer partnerships.
Knowledge of using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities and sales pipeline.
Previous experience with Sales Force is a plus.
Excellent negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
