About the job

The Head of Sales plays a critical role in driving profitable growth for Foxway in the region. This position is responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Head of Sales will be an integral part of the Sales Department.

Objective : achieve profitable growth for Foxway in the region by finding new customers, maintaining, and growing sales with the existing ones and securing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Finding new customers in following categories and not limited to:
    • Mobile operators
    • Distributors
    • Retail chains and bigger shops
    • eCommerce channels
    • Phone dealerships
  • Sales activities
    • Setting up and meeting key customers on regularly
    • Identifying the customer needs
    • Introducing Foxway products and solutions
    • Contract negotiations.
    • Handling customer-related financial matters like Credit terms, overdue invoices etc.
    • Sales forecasting
    • Sales reporting
    • Organizing Sales campaigns
    • Organizing customer visits to production sites.
    • Sharing customer and market feedback regarding pricing, market development etc. in Foxway Sales and other teams.
    • Organizing and participating in Industry and customer events.
    • Aligning activities with and supporting Sourcing activities in the region
    • Necessary sales support work in social media.
