Job Description
As Marketplace Onboarding Manager , you will have a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for marketplace partners and continuously enhancing our service by identifying challenges during the onboarding process. You will partner with our sellers and support them with product onboarding and providing technical guidance on their integration with the zooplus marketplace. As one of the first team members, you will design and constantly improve onboarding processes and help to further professionalize our platform.

As Marketplace Onboarding Manager you will:
- Partner with the marketplace sales teams to ensure smooth and successful seller launches
- Take ownership of the end-to-end process for partner onboarding including support with account creation, product upload, and integration of price/offer/order information
- Define and streamline the technical onboarding process , identify onboarding blockers and consistently drive its improvement and standards
- Troubleshoot bugs on the platform, data upload errors and general seller issues during the onboarding process
- Ensure that products are visible on website and orders are transferred correctly
- Scale our marketplace by facilitating technical connections with 3rd party platforms/feed manager (e.g. ChannelEngine) or direct integration of seller
- Provide ongoing technical support and assists seller with technical challenges promptly to ensure high seller satisfaction
- Collaborate with additional functional teams such as Tech, BI, Legal, Finance, to identify and prioritize cross-functional improvements
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical onboarding services role in e-commerce with a strong understanding of their technical challenges
- Proficiency with Marketplace & e-commerce platforms like Mirakl and feed integrator is essential
- Ability to define processes and workflows, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies as well as improve and refine existing processes
- Experience in managing multiple projects and delivering results within tight timelines. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are required
- Pro-active initiative to dive deep into issues and hands-on ability to fix them as well as the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy
- Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate with both business and technical teams as well as intercultural competencies
- Strong analytical and planning skills to monitor and review operational performance
- Advanced level of English, additional European language is a plus
