Deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben der Buchhaltung
- Du erstellst Rechnungen für neue Maschinen und Dienstleistungen
- Du erstellst Logistikdokumente (z.B. Exportdokumente und Zollerklärungen)
- Du kommunizierst und klärst Themen mit Speditionsunternehmen
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Forderungsmanagement und die Eintreibung fälliger Forderungen
- Du erstellst regelmäßige Berichte über Umsätze und Forderungen
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Fuhrpark-Management
Dein Profil
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für kaufmännische Prozesse zeichnen dich aus
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Kommunikationsstärke zeichnet dich aus
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einer prozessorientierten sowie strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch- sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
