German Speaking Customer Service (Hybrid in Porto)
Commerz Bank is a leading bank with a strong presence in Europe and we are looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Porto. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our German-speaking customers.
Benefits:
- A Monthly Gross Salary of € 1.400,00 (€950 basic salary + €450 language bonus)
- A Monthly Performance Bonus of up to € 200,00
- An extra € 950,00 salary twice a year on top of your normal monthly salary

- Full-time contract (40 hours a week / Monday to Friday)

What will I be doing?
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone to German-speaking customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to promote our products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What do I need to do this?
- EU passport or ID card or Portuguese Manifestation of Interested
- German C1 level
- Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language
- Have the ability to multitask, as you will be speaking to customers via phone
