Asset Management – Working Student Sales Support (all genders) - Emerging Talent Program
Currently we are looking for a highly motivated Working Student (all genders), German Speaker, who would like to join our Sales team in Frankfurt for 19 h/week during the semester, full-time during breaks on-site in Frankfurt, starting as soon as possible. The duration of program is one year.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in coordinating client meetings, preparing sales presentation booklets and meeting documents for client presentations, etc.
- Source and prepare responses for clients’ ad-hoc questions or reporting requests
- Assist the sales team in maintaining prospect and client databases, ensure that critical client information is stored in client databases to provide access to key data
- Create fund competitor analyses using data bases as Morningstar or Bloomberg
- Perform research projects on various market and client topics
- Expense processing and reconciliation
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Fluent in German and in English
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Self-starter, extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively as well as exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Currently enrolled studies in a Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree programme in Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar
