Your responsibilities
- Management and independent organisation of our IT department with two employees
- Strategic development of the department and optimisation of business processes in close coordination with the management
- Responsibility for the successful implementation of IT projects
- Ensuring IT security in our systems by preventing, identifying and closing security gaps
- Administration, maintenance and documentation of our client, server and cloud solutions (Windows, Linux, Azure, Kubernetes, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Teams, Office 365)
- Ongoing further development and optimisation of our network infrastructure
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in the IT industry with a focus on system administration, network management and security
- Initial management experience as well as strong communication and organisational skills
- Independent, structured way of working and a high degree of service and solution-orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Instructor qualification according to AEVO desirable
