Position Description

As a Software Engineer for Software Integration Test automation you will be part of the Platform Team at Cinemo. You will work closely with other Software Engineers and DevOps engineers to ensure a smooth operation of automated integration tests and to continuously improve and extend these.

Responsibilities

• Monitor test execution and first level analysis of test failures
• Ensure that the tests are welldocumented and properly structured
• Introduce new test types (e.g. fuzzing tests) or improve existing test types (e.g. regression tests)
• Coordinate integration testingrelated initiatives
• Communicate with related stakeholders in Development DevOps QE

Experience & Skills

• Strong sense of quality responsibility and structure
• Solid understanding of multimedia technologies and formats (e.g. codecs containerformats)
• Work experience with Jenkins and ability to at least review Groovyscripts
• Ability to coordinate team and departmentspanning qualityactivities
• Ability to quickly pinpoint troublesources from possibly complex test result artifacts
• Ability to understand the big architectural picture and correlate it with the testing activities.
• Experience with C/C and (Unit) Testing frameworks (preferably gtest)
• Python scripting skills
