- You are responsible for achieving optimal occupancy and maximum turnover in all customer segments.
- You actively work to acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships in order to build long-term partnerships.
- You are motivated and have a high level of commitment and a strong service awareness.
- You are part of the sales team Germany and are open to traveling.
What you bring with you: - A degree/further training in the hotel industry and experience in sales/sales
- You have experience in the hotel and catering industry and knowledge of the local market.
- Experience in project management and a high affinity for sales, as well as proven experience in identifying and developing sales strategies.
- Organizational talent, communication skills, a sense of responsibility and strong negotiating skills
- Very good MS Office and fluent written and spoken German skills.
