Job description
As an IT employee, you will be responsible for the basic administration of the SAP system in Trier and Luxembourg. You monitor, maintain and secure the systems and are prepared to be on call. Your tasks will include monitoring the production, test and development systems at the Trier and Luxembourg sites. This includes troubleshooting, system monitoring and fault rectification. You look after the users, create their accounts, maintain roles and are responsible for the authorization system and password support. You implement services and software and take care of licenses. Other tasks include patch management, transport orders, client copies and job scheduling.
YOUR PROFILE:We expect you to have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or comparable training with at least 3 years of professional experience. Your tasks require in-depth knowledge of SAP Basis. Knowledge of other modules is desirable, but not essential. Your knowledge of English is sound; you can express yourself in written and spoken English. Knowledge of French is an advantage, but not essential. In principle, you will work independently, alone or in a team, but always project-oriented and target-oriented. We require a valid driver's license.
