Service Sales Support Specialist (w/f/d)

Join our team as a Service Sales Support Specialist and shape the future of ABB Robotics' service portfolio. You will serve as the link between our state-of-the-art service offerings and customers from various industry segments in Germany. Your work will contribute to increasing sales volume and margins through the sale of spare parts, service interventions, and contracts. Become part of a dynamic team and bring your communication skills and technical expertise to create innovative solutions for our customers. The position is located in Friedberg / Hessen / Germany.

Service Sales Support Manager

Your responsibilities

• Identification and development of sales opportunities for ABB Robotics' service portfolio within various industry segments in Germany
• Building long-term customer relationships and promoting solutions for upgrades, retrofits, and value-added services within our service offerings
• Communication and interface between internal and external stakeholders, always with a strong focus on customer orientation
• Communication of contract details in accordance with ABB's offers and strategies, and management of associated administrative sales processes
• Creation, review, and adjustment of sales plans to continuously improve sales strategies
• Active promotion of ABB's service products and solutions through customer visits and events

Your background

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales or a comparable position
• Knowledge in aftersales for automation products, particularly industrial robots
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Team player with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of commercial and legal principles
• Fluent in both German and English
• Willingness to travel for occasional customer visits
