Location: Munich

Your future tasks
- Strategic development: As Head of Account- & Deliverymanager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the strategic development and expansion of existing large customer accounts through IT solutions.
- Account Management: Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction in existing customer relationships, as well as responsibility for the entire sales life cycle, from lead generation to successful contract conclusion.
- Sparring Partner: Close cooperation with the solution teams to develop customized IT solutions for customers and position them with customers through value propositions, as well as management of client partners and account & delivery managers for the various industries.
- Reporting: Monitoring of sales targets, preparation of budgets and regular reporting to management.
- Delivery management: Monitoring project execution to ensure that deliveries are made on time and within budget, and that quality standards and customer expectations are met.
- Personnel management: As a member of the Country Leadership Team, you report directly to the Managing Director of Randstad Digital Germany and are responsible for your business unit in disciplinary and technical terms.
What you bring with you
- You have a degree, preferably in IT or another technical field.
- You have achieved sustainable business success in a management role in a business unit (preferably at an IT consultancy) and are familiar with building and managing offshore teams.
- You have many years of management and sales experience in the IT environment as well as very good industry experience, preferably in the automotive sector as well as in the telecommunications, manufacturing, (pharmaceutical) industry or retail sectors.
- As a leader, you exemplify our values in your daily work and have a broad customer network.
- You impress with your charismatic and winning demeanor as well as your communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
