Your main tasks include, among others:

• Perform general administration and secretarial duties
• Supports Manager, Team and Project groups prepares presentations
• Assist the facility maintenance supervisors with admin work related to the department
• Handles all travel related needs
• Plans and organizes meetings (team, internal and external)
• Updates and maintains employee secure access cards
• Administers time cards
• Archives and fills contracts
• Administers and plans BUP contracts and inspections
• Coordinates janitorial personnel and supplies
• Checks supplier´s invoice, approve supplier´s invoice for payment
• Prepares, organizes and executes events orders training materials, room maintenance, plans training, follow up on training bookings, hotel bookings (locally)

* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree desirable
• 2-3 years of administrative experience desirable
• Experience in airfreight handling and operations is preferred
• English and other language required
• German desirable
• Computer literate as user
• Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
