The following challenges await you:
- Managing the consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting.
- Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process.
- Create the Month-End and Year-End closing according to IFRS in collaboration with the Shared Service Center.
- Work with and provide data to support Shared Service Center activities for financial, tax and payroll reporting.
- Supporting the budget and forecasting process.
- Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes.
- Drive cost efficiency measures.
- Evaluating and implementing accounting and internal control systems.
- Developing and monitoring business performance metrics, evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Provide necessary data for internal and external auditors and ensure Heraeus Medical USA meets all compliance requirements.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Professional experience in Finance or Accounting ideally in a Sales environment.
- Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP). Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent English skills in speaking and writing.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, cost accounting, working capital and other related areas.
- Experience creating and maintaining financial models.
- Exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Open to adapt working hours to overlap with Eastern Standard Time.
