What you'll do
- Supporting Executive Leadership : Assisting the local sales management in strategic and operational aspects of sales control.
- Market and Customer Potential Analyses : Conducting analyses to understand market trends and customer potential.
- Management and Control of Annual Sales and Business Planning Process : Overseeing the yearly sales and business planning process.
- Process Definitions for Sales Activitie s: Defining efficient processes for both direct and indirect sales efforts.
- Continuous Improvement and Monitoring of KPI System : Ensuring the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system is effective and efficient.
- Daily Operational Support for Executive Leadership and First-Line Sales Management : Assisting with day-to-day sales operations.
- Pipeline and Forecast Management Support : Supporting pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Interface with Corporate Functions : Ensuring process alignment between sales and other departments (e.g., Finance).
- Standardization of Sales Process Chains : Establishing consistent processes within the sales department, including partner interactions.
- Monitoring and Optimizing CRM System Usage : Ensuring effective utilization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Support for RfI and RfP Processes : Assisting with Request for Information (RfI) and Request for Proposal (RfP) processes.
- Support for External and Internal Sales Services Management : Providing guidance for both field and internal sales teams.
What you'll need
- Experience in Sales Operations : Several years of proven experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a Project Manager or similar role.
- Industry knowledge : Knowledge and experience in the IT and/or Telecommunication industry are advantageous.
- Problem-solving acumen : Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges in the sales domain.
- Adaptability : Adaptability to changing situations and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Communication skills : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the team and across departments.
