Summary
For the area "Sales & Programs" we are looking for a "Product Manager Sales & Programs (f/m/d)" at the location Wetzlar as soon as possible. The "Sales & Programs" department is responsible for incoming orders and sales, complete product management, and the handling of large, complex procurement programs.Your Tasks
Monitoring and management of all steps of the product life cycle
Defining a product vision and strategy based on a project plan
Creation of product roadmaps
Developing a pricing strategy to achieve sales targets
Defining short- and long-term sales forecasts and targets
Determining customer needs through market analysis and research
Identifying and assessing market competition
Planning and implementing marketing activities and providing marketing support (e.g. brochures, videos)
Measuring product success and deriving and implementing measures for optimization
Sales support (e.g. BID)
Willingness to travel internationally on business is required.
Your Profile
Completed studies in the technical field or comparable
Many years of professional experience in product management, business development management, technical sales or engineering
Experience in product and/or system support, ideally with optical or optronic components
Excellent knowledge of requirements and process management as well as good knowledge of process optimization and automation
Sound knowledge in the areas of technology, finance, sales and marketing
A quick grasp of concepts as well as a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Team-oriented and structured way of working
Fluent German and English skills
