What you can look forward to as Head of Internal Reporting & Reporting Governance (m/f/d):

• Development of the Management Reporting Package
• Development of Management Dashboard (SAP Analytics Cloud solution)
• Creation of Monthly Review Packages, e.g. Financial Performance Review
• Drive digitalization projects, to bring reporting from Excel/PowerPoint into digital solutions, e.g. Business Intelligence Tools
• Definition and development of Financial Management System (FMS)
• Definition and documentation of Financial KPIs
• Alignment with Domains/Functions to ensure consistent KPIs
• Support reporting of financial information to external stakeholders (Audit, Market, Banks)

Your profile as Head of Internal Reporting & Reporting Governance (m/f/d):

• Unversity/Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• At least 5 years professional experience with finance & controlling
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and preferable Business Intellgiance Solutions (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Power BI)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to transfer a vision into a final product
• Basic Project Management skills
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
