Be part of Hosting Operations within Core Infrastructure Services domain and manage operational aspects of various processes supporting delivery of Hosting Services to our customers.
Your responsibilities
- Act as Hosting SPOC for all aspects of Configuration Management
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence with Configuration Management process, contribute to increasing process maturity
- Co-create, review and ensure timely delivery of Configuration Management Reports
- Providing governance over activities related to Configuration Management process performed by IS Suppliers and CI owners/managers in accordance to the defined Configuration Management Process supporting Service Improvement meetings with IS Suppliers and Stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of configuration management processes
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of configuration management processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Develop and implement configuration management policies, procedures, and standards
Your background
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT environment with proven experience in Configuration/IT Asset Management
- Proficient in IT service management practices (ITIL knowledge is a must)
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles, processes, and best practices
- General awareness about Infrastructure Hosting concepts, consciousness of different technologies
- Excellent reporting skills, ability to formulate conclusions from available data
- Strong team player with attention to detail and “can-do” attitude
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
