Maintenance and minor repairs to buildings and facilities
Documentation of repaired damages using a computer
Coordination of external service providers and craftsmen
Care of green areas, including winter snow service as needed
Responsible for cleanliness and order around buildings/yard

Accommodation
Will be provided from 300-500 Euro /month deducted from the salary. Comfortable apartments with necessary utensils, and WiFi. The workplace can be reached by foot, bicycle, or public transport.

Requirements
2+ years of vocational training (diploma or certificate) with a TVETA-certified institute as a fitter, building technician, or aligned field, 2 years of work experience.
High customer orientation, precise work style, proficiency in MS Office, forklift experience, B DLicense
