In order to support the growth of our Human Resources team, we are currently looking for a:

Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Within our dynamic Human Resources Team, you will develop your expertise in various HR fields by acting as a key support to a dedicated scope of service lines.

• You will act as the point of contact on strategic and operational recruitment matters for a dedicated department/ activity;
• You will work closely with the hiring managers understand their staffing needs and identifying qualified candidates;
• You will manage the entire sourcing, screening and interviewing process;
• You will actively participate to recruitment/campus events;
• You will explore different sourcing channels and contribute in improving the employer branding strategy;
• You will participate in the onboarding of New Joiners and ensure a close follow-up throughout the probation period;
• You will support staff development, engagement and motivation through the identification, proposal and/or implementation of key initiatives;
• You will proactively contribute to the implementation of key HR projects. 

REQUIREMENTS

If…

• You have a Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven experience in talent acquisition;
• You are organized, proactive and client-oriented;
• You are dynamic, enthusiastic and positive;
• You have strong communication skills and can work both autonomously and as part of a team;
• You are used to work with a HRIS solution;
• You know the Luxembourg labor law;
• You are willing to learn constantly and flexible;
• You are fluent in English, French and/or German are considered an asset.
