Job description
Liquid-Markets GmbH conceptualizes, designs & implements patented & proven industry-leading hardware-based ultra-low-latency and ultra-high-capacity connectivity, market access, risk mitigation, and bespoke solutions for use in financial services and other industries. To support our growth, we are seeking a project administrator to work with our engineering teams in Switzerland and Japan and clients and vendors in Europe, Asia and North America. Primary day-to-day Project Management duties include: -
Coordinating internal resources and working with vendors and clients to deliver projects
Creating and maintaining full project documentation including:
Creating detailed requirements and project plans
Preparing project deliverables and progress reports
Creating and distributing project information to relevant parties
Maintaining meeting minutes and action items and following-up as necessary
Monitoring and tracking progress of each project including milestones
Ensuring that projects are delivered according to requirements within timelines
Arranging video and in-person meetings
Creating & maintaining best-practices documentation and templates to enhance efficiency
