Location: Wuppertal, hybrid • full time

The German subsidiaries of the Dutch Vebego Group have grown together into one team: Hectas, which has been acquired by Vebego in 2021, Servico FM, Hago and HCS are now operating on the German market under one common brand – Vebego Facility Services. Your challenge as Director People & Culture:

Vebego Facility Services Germany, today a Top 20 company in the German facility market, has an ambitious strategy for both growth and quality in service provision. To achieve this ambition, we are ready for the next step. In this role, you are part of Vebego's management team and you report directly to the Managing Director. You make a direct contribution to our strategic and organizational development, you implement the People & Culture vision, develop instruments and policies and ensure that this vision is widely embraced throughout the organization. Finally, as a member of the management team, you set a high professional standard for the entire Vebego organization. The HR team you are responsible for consists of dedicated professionals, from senior advisors to recruiters to administrators. The HR team is informal and results-oriented, but most importantly, your team works together.

As Director People & Culture, you focus on our four stakeholders:

• Employees: Great work takes even more shape. In providing meaningful jobs that give them the pride and satisfaction of work that truly matters. Our employees feel optimally challenged, appreciated, empowered and properly positioned.
• Customers: In delivering Great work that improves their surroundings and supports them to live well and perform better. Talent inflow is secured. The right talent is attracted through great labor market communication, resulting in talents wanting to work for Vebego. There is a smooth transition for employees after outsourcing or acquisition.
• Organization : The HR department will work on a project basis, with a focus on quality. Primary and secondary employment conditions for employees are in excellent shape. This is what you bring:

• It is important that you, as Director People & Culture, are familiar with culture and change processes.
• You possess sufficient process knowledge and easily connect with the business side.
• You are organizationally sensitive. You sense what is happening and what is needed.
• You have completed a relevant education and gained at least five years of experience in a similar role at a service-oriented and commercial organization.
• You connect with the beliefs of Vebego: we help each other succeed, we look to deliver more, we keep growing every day and we act with kindness and consideration.
• You have a master's degree or adequate work experience, and you speak German and Business English fluently.
