What you'll do
- In your role, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer journeys within our digital service channels & the document management system (webchat, messenger, response)
- You're responsible for the day-to-day business and support the strategic development of the assigned channels and coordinate the work of the virtual team (Business Analyst, PM/PO / IT interface)
- Controlling all requested implementations for the assigned interaction channels is part of your daily business
- You're responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement by monitoring KPIs of these channels and by working closely with agencies/customer service and the management team - you'll help shape the necessary changes, such as implementing new processes, tools or technologies to optimise the customer experience
What you'll bring
- You've a degree and at least 2-4 years of practical experience in the areas of operations development/digital transformation/CRM operations/process management with a focus on conceptual, strategic approaches and projects
- Through your work experience, you've gained extensive knowledge of digital service infrastructures, chatbots, etc.
- Above all, your excellent communication skills, your ability to think "out-of-the-box" as well as your excellent organisational talent are among your strengths
- You've a keen interest in new customer service technologies as well as very good analytical and problem-solving skills
- A comprehensive understanding of and proactive cooperation with the various business areas are a matter of course for you
- You'd describe yourself as assertive and at the same time as a team player.
- In addition to your outstanding motivation, you're characterised above all by your flexibility, resilience and proactivity
