FINANCE MANAGER (a)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Finance Manager (a) who will look after the financial health of our organisation and whose work will form the basis for strategic decisions within SL Rasch. This role involves developing and implementing strategies for financial planning, analysis and reporting to support the financial stability and growth of our business.
As the Finance Manager (a), you will play a key role in making informed decisions on investment, capital management and cost control, whilst ensuring that financial practices support SL Rasch's overall strategy and objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance team, fostering professional growth.
- Develop accurate budgets and forecasts that align with company goals.
- Communicate financial information and strategies with stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and external partners.
- Manage incoming and outgoing cash flows to maintain liquidity.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures across the organisation.
- Prepare financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
- Manage the company’s debt and equity mix, overseeing investment strategies.
- Manage tax liabilities and opportunities effectively.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management with proven knowledge in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership roles with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communicative skills, both German and English.
- Knowledge of and experience with cross-cultural business relations.
- Good knowledge of organisational and business processes.
- Knowledge and experience of working at a strategic level in an international business environment.
