Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your cost analysis expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Vladislav Vasilev (Integrated Services Readines Manager, Henningsdorf) and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll be in charge of the team that delivers maintenance plans according to standards, and all related logistics information (tools, spare parts) ), – there’s a lot to explore.
You’ll specifically manage a team who is enabling customers to perform the maintenance of the vehicles, as well as the evaluation and optimization of maintenance costs (LCC), together with integrators and system suppliers.
We’ll look to you for:
- Manage the ISR resources for the bid or project: LCC, Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), maintenance documentation
- Write ISR Management Plan
- Manage LSA activities to deliver Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) commitments according to the ISR Management Plan
- Manage & allocate different tasks/requirements to other ISR domain managers, sub-systems, external suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Represent the team in the project and coordinate with project management
- Represent ISR métier in customer discussions
- Organize the ISR Design Review (DR) before the Gate Review
- To control the operational availability with the LCC
- Regular reporting to ISR métier, Tender and/or Project Management, KPI.
Capabilities in managing and performing the following activities inside Project and Tender ISR team:
- Identify the performance allocation in compliance with Design for Serviceability (DFS) target
- Definition of maintenance plan and design of LSA elements: Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), LCC, Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
- Definition of spare part
- Validation of support solution and associated maintenance documentation, special tools and training toolkits
- Capitalize data in the central ISR repository / Integrated Logistic Support Product Data Management (ILS PDM)
- Ensure technical interfaces with RS, Components, Signaling and Infra teams (RAMS architect, mechanical, electrical & system architect, sourcing, LSA for equipment and from suppliers)
- Ensure that DFS is correctly applied on Sub System (Component Site)
- Ensure Return of Experience (REX) is collected and considered
- Manage Definition of Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in consistency with Design Engineering Build of Material (BOM) definition
- Elaborate maintenance plan
- Elaborate LCC calculations and analyzed
- Manage relationship with sourcing for ISR requirement clauses linked to sourcing concern
- Ensure the LSA database (ILS PDM) is defined and completed correctly
- Ensure compliance between Spare Part consumption model and maintenance strategy
- Validate content of the technical maintenance documentation and training toolkit.

- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in project management in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)/LCC in related industries
- Mechanical or electrical engineering master’s degree
- Good German and English level – business and technical verbal and written communication
- Enjoy complex problem solving and work in interdisciplinary project teams
- Target oriented handling in order to get optimal results
- Capable of thinking out of the box, looking for new ideas and reaching set targets.
