Job description
You will Redact/manage effectively Client IT Contracts Support the client assigned Customer Managers in daily activities and to address issues Monitoring & reporting SLA/KPIs Draft governance & management reports Coordinate and monitoring transversal activities across departments Profile Required skills: 2+ year of experiences as IT Service Manager and/or PMO in IT projects University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or equivalent Knowledge in 1+ IT Service Management framework e.g. ITIL Excellent competences using MS Office / redacting quality documentation: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio Ability to redact well-structured documents e.g. offers, presentations, SLA/KPI reports, managerial reports, processes & procedures Respect deadlines Fluency in English + French and/or Italian knowledge Preferred skills: Accomplished certification on ITIL Foundation or higher Experiences as PMO in Banking IT projects Ability to redact technical documentation e.g. MS-Visio schemas/diagrams Passionate about IT AmeXio is a global digital transformation partner for corporate clients and government institutions.
