We are looking for several full-time Customer Service Agents (m/f/d) for our customer in Dorsten.

For our well-known customers we are looking for customer advisors (m/f/d), account managers (m/f/d), telephone operators (m/f/d) or call center agents (m/f/d).

Your daily tasks:
• Receiving and making phone calls in the fashion returns area
• Registration of address changes
• Clarification of service cases

Your skills:
• Fluency in English
• Telephony experience, but that’s not a must have
• Pleasure and joy in telephony
