Vision Expert Field Service (m/f/d)

Your role in our team

• You ensure a prompt, professional technical service for our international customers
• You hold responsibility for installation, conversions and regular maintenance and repair of inspection machines
• You instruct our customers' employees in the commissioning and operation of machines
• You deliver sales-supporting technical consultation of our services
• You provide documentation of service calls

Your profile

• Professional training in the technical field, preferably mechatronics, image processing, electrical engineering or information electronics
• Ideally a degree as a bachelor or master in physics or optically systems as well as professional experience
• Analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working
• Strong customer/service orientation and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good PC knowledge
• High willingness to travel (class 3 or B driver's license)
• Commitment and flexibility
