Permanent position, full-time - Karlsruhe

In software development at JACOB, we work with an up-to-date tech stack and use agile frameworks to implement a wide range of projects. We analyze business processes and user behaviour in order to always develop the best possible solutions for our internal and external customers. YOUR TASKS:

As a C# Developer (m/f/d), you will work with your team on the future of our internal tools. You will drive the transformation towards a modern software architecture and a sustainable tool landscape with the highest possible degree of automation to enable our employees to work efficiently and purposefully.

You will coordinate closely with our partner teams and contribute to your team with optimization suggestions and your technical expertise. Your work will be holistic and include the design, implementation, testing and support of our tools - with the aim of creating a strong and sustainable software architecture. You will play an active role in shaping the success of one of the largest retail companies in the IT business.

What skills you should have:

• In-depth experience in software development
• Very good, at best several years of practical experience with C#
• Affinity with MySQL, MSSQL and database modeling in general
• Ideally, you are also familiar with working with Docker
• Initial experience with xUnit.net, Camunda, BPMN, AWS, Terraform is advantageous
• Business fluent German and good English skills
