- Commissioning of signaling systems for rail vehicles (ETCS and/or Class B systems) and support during the warranty phase
- Participation in technical customer service and troubleshooting (remote and on-site support)
- Analysis of incoming customer tickets (based, for example, on ETCS logs, JRU data, train diagnostics, customer description)
- Creation of corresponding reports on the faults
- Independent written documentation of all work carried out
- Assisting with the instruction and guidance of internal and external employees
- Control of work execution and results
- Direct interface to the Stadler project team, ETCS suppliers and customers -Planning and organization of commissioning and training
How you will contribute
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, automation technician, power electronics technician, mechatronics technician or similar Further training as a TS/HF technician would be an advantage
- Knowledge of hardware and functionality of rail vehicle system integration and/or ETCS
- Experience in the warranty phase or commissioning in connection with rail vehicles and/or ETCS is an advantage
- Independent, self-reliant way of working, high flexibility and good communication skills
- Interest in working in a multidisciplinary and international working environment
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel (30%-80%) nationally and internationally (Europe)
- Category B driver's license
- Very good language skills in German and English
