As the Customer Service Manager , you will perform the following duties:

• Independent responsibility for commercial processing and operational handling of the contract from the point of view of cost effectiveness
• Advises customers in finding the right solution and pro-actively sells customer oriented services
• Independently develop, document and implement work procedures
• Responsible for first escalation level for process related issues
• Independently handle initial contact from all customers assigned for all issues of daily operational business
• Work in and with various LHT systems, such as SAP, E-bat, MAX-LRU, SAP, etc.
• Ensure that customer information systems are well maintained and that operational customer service receives all necessary work information
• Consult customer on managing internal supply chain

You must fulfill the following requirements:

• High school diploma/GED desirable
• College degree/vocational training desirable
• Bachelor’s degree desirable
• More than 2 years in MRO Customer Service required
• English language required
• German and Spanish language desirable
• MRO Customer Service knowledge required
• SAP, MAX, CSR Training or equivalent OJT knowledge desirable
• MS Office as user
• Excellent ability to work under pressure
• Excellent ability to handle stress
• Excellent cost consciousness
• Excellent detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem solving
• Excellent reliability
• Responsible of budget: costs and revenue
• CSM is responsible for and influences up to USD 50.000
• Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
