Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your new job includes

As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the further development and performance improvement of business models, structures and systems in the area of sales through your professional management/support. In particular, you will

• take responsibility for international projects and tenders and manage internal interfaces and external service providers
• develop project work plans and plan and ensure compliance with milestones and resource requirements
• carry out a review of the project's success and prepare related project documentation
• organize and lead competitive presentations as part of international tender projects and coordinate with the responsible sales directors
• preparing and presenting status and decision papers for the Vice Presidents Sales and the Management Board
• analyze and monitor trends within and outside the travel retail market

What you should bring along

• Business administration degree with diploma/master's degree and several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international retail environment
• Experience in agile project management and project leadership
• Good knowledge of tender processes including the legal basis
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package and common project management software
• Business fluent knowledge of written and spoken English and German 
• High level of management and coordination skills in cross-divisional and international cooperation as well as a strong ability to initiate and drive change
