Reporting to the eBusiness Manager of LVMH Fragance Brands, the CRM & eCommerce Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through the participation in the development and management of CRM and e-commerce campaigns across a variety of channels, in close collaboration with other teams.
CRM
- Support in planning and execution of monthly CRM calendar for both brands according to brand guidelines, covering product launches, KCP’s and other activations.
- Campaign creation on Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Asset creation, translation, HTML template development working with agency, review of drafts, audience targeting and email send-out.
- Coordination with HQ CRM department for reporting & content validation.
- Direct support to Loyalty Program (offering best in class activations to our VIP customers, setting up Masterclass’, coordinating localized campaigns, etc.).
- Direct assistance to El Corte Ingles field teams across all CRM areas (objectives, clientelling, loyalty gifts).
- Training to Beauty Consultants via physical & online seminars, communication to identify needs, solve technical issues and provide reporting to keep CRM as a top-of-mind priority in the POS.
- Support in implementing automized Customer Journeys for POS and Ecommerce Databases.
- Constant monitoring of Givenchy and Kenzos CRM activation: monthly reporting and exhaustive data extraction.
E-COMMERCE
- Support in executing e-commerce animation for Givenchybeauty.com plan based on product launches and commercial launches in coordination with HQ teams.
- Ensuring best-in-class D2C brand experience for Givenchybeauty.com: website up to date, reviewing product assortment, website content and functionalities to meet brand guidelines and market requirements.
- Website reporting to monitor evolution against KPIs (sales, traffic, customer base).
- Analyzing competitor’s digital presence, specific marketing campaigns or product launches to compile a benchmark of best practices for the Ecommerce & CRM areas
Profile
- Bachelor of Business Administration or Marketing studies. Must-have: Minimum 6 months experience in Ecommerce & CRM.. Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is highly valued.
- English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite required . Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge required . Photoshop and Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- 6 months of previous professional experience in CRM and eCommerce.
- Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 6 months, full-time required. Do not apply if you don’t meet this requirement.
