Job description

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is a leading provider of cryogenic pumps, fueling stations, heat exchangers, process systems, turboexpanders, services, and solutions for the liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquefied hydrogen (LH2), and industrial gases industries. Location: Wurzen, Germany.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the service department.

- Communication with client and potential customers.

- Reporting to Clients.

- Use ERP to invoice customers and ensure proper submittal to customers.

- Preparation of quotation for service activities, repair and spare parts.

- Process customer orders in ERP: a)new equipment orders b)spare parts orders

- Invoicing.

- Internal handling of spare part deliveries etc. (packing, transport, ..).

- Preparation of service visits according to maintenance schedule for service contracts.

- Assistance in documentation for spare part lists, maintenance schedule etc.

- Working together with the procurement team to purchase materials and outside processes at the highest quality, lowest possible cost, with consistent on-time delivery to meet schedules.

- Expedite orders and requests as needed.

- Maintain records related to items purchased, costs, delivery, quality, and inventory.

- Prepare and submit quarterly customer reports as required.

- Complete customer supplier forms.

- Assist with customer training seminars.

- Assist the quality assurance team.

- Achieve service objectives by contributing relevant service information.

- Promotes Customer Focus throughout the company.

- Assists with QMS in areas of responsibility to help ensure alignment with ISO9001-2015.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience & Competencies:

- Customer focus

- Communication skills – verbal, written, listening, interpersonal.

- Relationship building skills.

- Organizational skills

- Attention to detail.

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

- Ability to use standard office equipment.

- Ability to handle a high volume of work in a timely manner with multiple interruptions.

- Familiarity with ERP systems preferred.

- Five (5) or more years of customer service experience (in an industrial equipment manufacturing environment preferred)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German, any additional language is a plus

- Strong team player.

- Excellent interpersonal relations, customer service, and written/oral communication skills.

- High school diploma or relevant education preferred, technical profession.

- Work in a manufacturing or industrial services company preferred.

- Accounting, purchase order, and customer service experience preferred.
