Your tasks:

• You further shape and develop RWE Offshore’s DEI strategy
• You get involved in the conception and implementation of planned measures as well as project planning
• You prepare content and communication material on DEI initiatives
• You help design and deliver DEI workshops with management, employees and relevant stakeholders
• You conduct research on best practices and innovative approaches to promoting DEI in the workplace

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in the field of business, economics, politics, communication or related fields with an excellent academic record (Bachelor students have completed at least 4 semesters)
• You have a good understanding of and strong interest in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• You like to work strategically and conceptually and have creativity and very good communication skills
• You have a structured, independent and proactive working style with a high degree of reliability and commitment
• You are eager to work in a team with an open feedback culture and strong motivation to develop yourself personally and professionally
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office programmes (especially PowerPoint) and are fluent in written and spoken German and English
